Refund policy

This policy must be reviewed and completed by the site operator before launch.

Refund requests are handled through the payment provider. When a refund or chargeback is confirmed by a verified notification, the entitlement granted by that purchase is revoked. Your account, security settings, and the ability to export existing data remain available.
